We were honored to host Charles Vogl, an award winning leadership author, speaker, executive coach, and Yale alumnus. He draws from the realm of spiritual traditions to understand how individuals build loyalty, strengthen identification with a community, and motivate actions consistent with group values. These principles apply to both secular and spiritual leadership.
Charles’ talk engaged the attendees, challenged the to think and draw from their own personal experiences, and gave tremendous take-away messages. We hope those who joined us can continue to build from the community building skills they were introduced to!
